RETURNS 

We want all our customers to be completely happy with their purchases. However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied you can return your item/s for Store Credit or Refund. All returns must be done within 7 days from the date you placed your order.


If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 2 days of the date it was delivered to you in order for you to get a replacement, credit and/or refund. After the 2 days, there is nothing that we can offer you.


To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Items must also be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories attached. Products must not be worn, stained, have pet hair, smell of smoke, have been altered, damaged, and/or washed.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: bathing suits, bodysuits, intimates, camisoles, slips, & tights

Additional non-returnable items:
- All sale items and items purchased at a discount are Final Sale. Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit or exchange.
- Gift Cards
- Shipping Charges
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS: 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please also indicate the reason for return.

IMPORTANT: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive an email confirmation of your refund in the form of Store Credit or money back within 3-5 days.
